At a bench trial before the Honorable Robert Heller in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, appellant, Adam Schlossman, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. The court sentenced appellant to seven years imprisonment, with all but eighteen months suspended, appellant being placed on supervised probation for a period of five years.
