LEWIS, J.:

Errol Joe Kampschroeder was born to the marriage of Robert and Waneta Kampschroeder. Waneta died in April 1980, and Robert married Norma in October 1980. The marriage was not accepted well by Errol Joe and appears to have affected the relationship between the parties from that point on.

Robert and Norma remained married until Robert's death in 1990. Upon Robert's death, most of his and Norma's assets...
