OPINION

MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judge:

I

The bankruptcy court granted the trustee's motion to reopen the debtor's bankruptcy case. The trustee sought to reopen the case in order to pursue a fraudulent transfer action against the debtor's wife. The debtor's wife moved to set aside the order, but the court denied that motion. The wife has appealed; however, she lacks standing. Therefore, the appeal is DISMISSED.
