The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of two counts of assault of a peace officer in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167c,1 assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-60 (a) (2),2 and assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-61 (a).
