PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of voluntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553, and sentenced to a term of ten to fifteen years in prison.

Defendant claims numerous errors, only one of which is worthy of discussion.

Defendant contends that the trial court committed error requiring reversal in denying an instruction regarding "mere presence." The trial court is required to charge the jury concerning the law applicable to the case....
