Frances Nienhardt appeals from a judgment convicting her of nine counts of telephone harassment. Nienhardt argues that the trial court erred when it failed to strike a prospective juror for cause and failed to grant a mistrial after the juror revealed in front of the jury panel during voir dire that she saw Nienhardt and her attorney arguing outside of the courtroom.
