Plaintiff, Robert Bowens, and defendant, Ingrid Lee Bowens, were divorced on June 27, 1986. Their son, Darryl, was born on May 20, 1970. Plaintiff was ordered by the judgment of divorce to pay $20 per week to defendant as child support for Darryl who became eighteen on May 20, 1988. Plaintiff filed a motion on September 28, 1993 seeking the elimination of all support arrearages incurred following Darryl's eighteenth...
