Alvin Dawson appeals from a judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, for one count of committing a bomb scare, as a habitual criminal, contrary to §§ 947.015 and 939.62, STATS.; one count of unlawful use of a telephone, contrary to § 947.012, STATS.; and one count of bail jumping, contrary to § 946.49(1)(a), STATS.
