WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Roger Dale Sherron appeals the district court's1 denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Sherron raises claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel, ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and violation of his due process and confrontation clause rights in his convictions of first degree murder and first degree battery. We affirm.
