ALPERT, Judge.

On February 8, 1985, Steven Sanders, appellant, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of murder in the second degree, armed robbery, and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. Appellant received consecutive sentences of thirty years for second-degree murder, twenty years for armed robbery, and twenty years for the handgun conviction. Appellant filed a Motion to Correct an Illegal Sentence, which was granted on June 23, 1994...
