OPINION

ESPINOSA, Presiding Judge.

Appellant Ana Patricia Duran was convicted of possession for sale of more than eight pounds of marijuana and was sentenced to a mitigated five-year term of imprisonment. In the sole issue raised on appeal, she contends that the trial court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence obtained through a search warrant based on alleged violations of wiretapping laws and her constitutional rights.
