David Grace appeals from a judgment divorcing him from Kay Grace. The trial court found that Kay was not entitled to maintenance at the time of the divorce but held open the issue due to her potential health problems. David argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion in holding open the maintenance issue. We see no error in the decision to hold maintenance open for such a purpose.
