This memorandum is issued in explanation of the judgment for the plaintiff which is settled herewith.

After a jury trial, a verdict was rendered on May 13, 1994 awarding plaintiff $1,663,244.81 for past damages, $3,982,900 for further medical hospital and nursing expenses to be incurred over 24 years, and $4 million for future pain, suffering, disability and loss of enjoyment...
