In this negligence action, the defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant claims (1) that the trial court improperly instructed the jury on the issue of notice of the existence of a defective condition and (2) that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict.
