This suit by a corporation against participants in a failed takeover attempt is one of many battles in the ongoing Shoen family war for control of the U-Haul corporate empire. After a five week trial, the jury returned verdicts for defendants, rejecting claims that defendants had violated their fiduciary duty to the corporation.
