James H. Barnhill (the "Trustee") brings this complaint against Elaine J. Vaudreuil (the "Defendant"), the former wife of Lewis J. Busconi (the "Debtor"), to avoid as preferential certain transfers made pursuant to the parties' divorce judgment. All but one of the transfers occurred between ninety days and one year prior to the Debtor's chapter 11 filing, so they are voidable only if the Defendant was then...
