CARLEY, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for the malice murder of her husband. She was tried before a jury and presented an insanity defense. However, the jury found her guilty but mentally ill and she was given a life sentence. She appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the trial court on the jury's verdict.1
