Karl R. Neuser appeals from a judgment of conviction for aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon as a repeat offender contrary to §§ 940.19(3), 939.62 and 939.63, STATS. Neuser argues that he is entitled to a new trial because of the prosecutor's improper closing arguments to the jury and because the trial court misused its discretion in allowing the admission of other acts evidence. We affirm the trial court's evidentiary ruling. However...
