Marvin E. Basson has submitted an affidavit, dated June 30, 1995, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Basson was admitted to the practice of law by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department, on October 14, 1959.
