SCHULTHEIS, J.

Michael Gates and Lyle Cloutier each pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana and reserved the right to appeal denial of their suppression motions. They contend the arresting officer lacked grounds to conduct a warrantless search of their vehicle's glove box in which the marijuana was found. We reverse.
