On November 6, 1992, McDonnell Douglas laid off Robert Nitschke, who was then 58 years old. Nitschke claims that McDonnell Douglas terminated him because of his age and therefore violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. The District Court1 granted McDonnell Douglas's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
