Kathleen M. Kelley died on September 8, 1991, as a result of injuries she sustained in a motorcycle accident on September 2, 1991. When the accident occurred, Kathleen Kelley was a passenger on a motorcycle owned and driven by nineteen-year-old Nicholas Ernst.
