Thomas William Koeppen appeals from a judgment of conviction for bail jumping and disorderly conduct pursuant to §§ 946.49(1)(a) and 947.01, STATS., and from an order denying postconviction relief. Koeppen was sentenced as a repeat offender pursuant to §§ 939.62(2) and 973.12(1), STATS.1
