This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff (CNA) on its complaint seeking reimbursement for the workers' compensation benefits that it paid to the defendant Semedo-Anacleto, who was seriously injured in the course of her employment and who thereafter entered into a settlement agreement with the Massachusetts Insurers Insolvency Fund (Fund) and the insured of the insolvent insurer. Because G.L.c. 175D precludes reimbursement...
