On July 1, 1988, while in the course of his employment with the Arizona Department of Transportation, claimant Ruben Marron was injured in an automobile accident. The State Compensation Fund paid him benefits over the next two and a half years. It closed his claim on December 18, 1990, and assigned him a 10% unscheduled permanent partial disability...
