This case comes to us from a grant of summary judgment in a will contest action brought by Grace Sheridan against Lowell and Helen Harbison. The will contested was one that the deceased, Kathryn Wheeler, executed in November 1991, and that named the Harbisons as the only beneficiaries of her estate. Sheridan urged that this will was the product of fraud and undue influence the Harbisons brought...
