Our prior opinion in this case, 204 Mich.App. 234; 514 N.W.2d 221 (1994), was reversed by an October 28, 1994, order of the Supreme Court. 447 Mich. 897. That order reinstated the circuit court judgment in favor of plaintiffs, for the reasons stated by Judge TAYLOR in his dissent. We were ordered on remand to consider the issue of damages raised by plaintiffs...
