The defendant appeals from the trial court's decision granting the plaintiffs motion to modify an order of child support. On appeal, the defendant argues that the trial court improperly (1) increased his child support obligation in response to the plaintiffs motion, (2) retroactively modified a prior judge's order concerning child support payments, and (3) proceeded with the hearing on the plaintiffs motion in the absence of sworn affidavits from both parties...
