PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, Kevin Rodgers, appeals from the Michigan Employment Relation Commission's dismissal of his unfair labor practice charge against respondent, Washtenaw County. The MERC dismissed petitioner's charge because it had not been filed within the six-month limitation period provided by MCL 423.216(a); MSA 17.455(16)(a). We affirm.
