The intervenor, Adolph Jarosky, appeals a decision of the Superior Court (Brennan, J.) reversing the denial by the defendant, Town of Pelham, of the application by the plaintiff, Ray's Stateline Market, Inc., for permits to move a coffee counter and to change two sign faces. We affirm.
