The bar initiated disciplinary proceedings against Dennis McMullen (McMullen) for three loan transactions with an elderly client, Muriel Brimblecombe (Brimblecombe). The hearing examiner recommended disbarment and a majority of the Disciplinary Board adopted his recommendation.
