During a divorce action between her parents, Tara N., a minor, was sexually assaulted by her father during a visitation period at the home of the father's parents. Tara and her mother, Donna N., brought this civil action against the parents and their homeowner's insurer, Economy Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, alleging that the parents had negligently failed to supervise the visitation. Tara sought damages for her physical and psychological injuries...
