On June 11, 1991, at approximately 1:50 P.M., the defendant James Hudson approached uniformed Police Officer Denise Dellatorri, who was standing on the corner of Court and Remsen Streets in Brooklyn, placed her in a choke hold and attempted to grab her service revolver.
