William and Darlene Selby brought this action to quiet title to a 15.15-foot strip of land located at the eastern terminus of Crown Street in Walla Walla. The Selbys own the lot which abuts the strip on the north. Charles and Jane Doe Ziska own the lot which abuts the strip on the east.
