The defendant, CLD Paving, Inc. (CLD), appeals the Superior Court (O'Neil, J.) decision that a lease agreement between CLD and the plaintiff, Clayton L. Dunn, required CLD to indemnify Dunn for a negligence lawsuit. We reverse and remand.
