After a jury-waived trial, a judge of the Superior Court concluded that the plaintiffs were entitled to be paid a broker's commission in the amount of $54,000, plus interest. The judge also awarded the plaintiffs their reasonable attorney's fees and costs under G.L.c. 93A because she concluded that the defendants had acted wilfully in violation of G.L.c. 93A, § 2, but she did not award the plaintiffs...
