FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Defendant John P. Mau pleaded guilty to bank fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1344(a)(1) and received an eight month sentence. Mau argues on appeal that the district court incorrectly sentenced him under the guidelines by improperly enhancing his sentencing for "more than minimal planning" and by erring in the calculation of the loss suffered as a result of the bank fraud.
