This matter comes before the Court on appeal from a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, pursuant to Fed.R.Bank.P. § 8001(a); 28 U.S.C. §§ 158(a), 1334. The Bankruptcy Court's findings of law are reviewed de novo, while its findings of fact should not be reversed unless they are clearly erroneous. Fed.R.Bank.P. § 8013;
