Appellant, Tracey Higginbotham, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of first degree felony murder and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole on the felony murder conviction and to a concurrent prison term of twenty years on the conviction for attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
