This is a trade dress infringement action in which plaintiff Versa Products Company, Inc. ("Versa") contends that defendant Bifold Company (Manufacturing) Ltd. ("Bifold") infringed the trade dress of Versa's B-316 directional control valve, a device commonly used in control panels of offshore oil-drilling rigs to facilitate emergency shutdowns, by marketing its Domino Junior valve, which Versa maintains copies...
