This matter comes before the court on defendant Ruby Brown's amended motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence, pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 33. Ruby was charged, along with her common-law husband, James Brown, and their daughter, Mary Louise Brown, with five drug related crimes.
