Christopher Leet and Threshermen's Mutual Insurance Company appeal from a judgment dismissing their claims against Transportation Insurance Company and Northland Insurance Company. The trial court concluded that Leet was a non-permissive driver and, therefore, was not covered by a Transportation Insurance Company insurance policy issued to his employer.1 We affirm.
