This is a bankruptcy case. The Grand Union Company has filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Certain holders of zero coupon bonds issued by Grand Union's parent corporation have filed objections to Grand Union's motion for an order authorizing interim and final financing.
