This is an action brought by Andrew Gernavage ("Gernavage") under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (the "Act"), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to challenge a final determination by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the "Secretary"), denying Gernavage's application for disability insurance benefits based on disability.
