Jenny M. Maiolo has submitted an affidavit dated February 7, 1995, wherein she tenders her resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9).

Ms. Maiolo concedes in her affidavit that she is the subject of a pending investigation into allegations of professional misconduct, most of which involve the conversion of escrow funds, as set forth in a petition, dated September 20, 1994...
