OPINION

MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Jonna Rogers-Dwight was charged with driving while intoxicated, AS 28.35.030(a). She asked the district court to suppress the evidence against her, arguing that the officer who arrested her had illegally stopped her vehicle. When the district court denied her suppression motion, Rogers-Dwight changed her plea to no contest, reserving her right to appeal the suppression issue. See Cooksey v. State,
