Donald Morris Rowell was convicted on one count of computer access with intent to defraud over $250 under NMSA 1978, Section 30-45-3(C) (Repl.Pamp.1989), and one count of attempt to commit fraud over $250 under NMSA 1978, Section 30-16-6 (Repl.Pamp.1994) & -28-1(C) (Repl.
