Darren Hayes was convicted of conspiracy to possess cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and aiding and abetting in possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. He was sentenced to 168 months in prison and five years of supervised release. Hayes is challenging his conviction asserting insufficiency of the evidence and that the confessions of his co-conspirators were improperly admitted...
