In this dissolution of marriage action, Carol Linton Finer (mother) appeals the trial court's order refusing to hold a hearing to modify the temporary injunction preventing removal of the parties' minor child from the state. Because we agree with mother's contention that the trial court's refusal to hold such a hearing violated her right to due process, we reverse.
