Presently pending before this Court is Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, to which Plaintiff has filed a Memorandum in Opposition. For the reasons more fully discussed herein, Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
